Organization. It doesn’t come naturally to everyone, but it can be learned!! Often, when Betsy and I assess a property for marketing, it needs a good dose of our staging advice, and it needs some of our “updates” advice. Very often, though, it needs our ORGANIZATION advice! Stuff is everywhere, and that does not appeal to buyers, especially in a market where buyers have a lot to choose from and have become very picky!
